The city of Frisco and the Frisco Garden Club will hold a commemoration ceremony for those lost on September 11 on the occasion of its 20th anniversary. The ceremony will take place at the Freedom Meadow at the Warren Sports Complex. 6 p.m. Free. 7599 Eldorado Parkway, Frisco.
